Welcome to NEST & NOURISH, a blog about the things I enjoy most: home, food, design, and everyday life. Who am I? My name is Elizabeth and I’m a working professional in Seattle. 2018 brought exciting new life changes: getting engaged, jumping into wedding planning, and buying our first home. Think we have enough on our plates?? Ha. The purpose of this blog is to share my adventures in domestic life, from embarking on a home remodel to planning an wedding and starting a family.

I joked when we put the offer in on our 1930 house that it would have been a waste of all the hours I’ve spent watching remodeling shows if we hadn’t bought a house in need of some love. And then I realized, I could use our home remodel and leap into married life as the jumping point for a foray back into blogging. NEST captures the themes of home and living I plan to touch upon, while NOURISH brings in my love of food and cooking.
